1HOW DO I BUY AN EXIDE BATTERY ONLINE?

FOR PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK: To receive a notification/ updates on Products OutOf Stock,, just enter your details by clicking on the NOTIFY ME button and you will be informed once the product is available.

2WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay cash-on-delivery once you receive the products.

3IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

It is free of charge.

4IS THERE AN INSTALLATION CHARGE?

It is free of charge.

5HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE BATTERY?

It will be delivered within 2 hours (between 10.00 am and 10.00 pm) from the time of placing the order. If the order is placed after 6.00 p.m. then it will arrive the next working day.

6WHO WILL INSTALL THE BATTERY?

An authorized Exide dealer personnel will deliver and install your battery.

7HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

9HOW DO I SELL MY EXISTING BATTERY?

Exidecare.com offers excellent buyback opportunities for your old batteries - any make, any type. The dealer personnel who will come to deliver and install your battery will take back your existing battery.

10HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM GETTING A GENUINE BATTERY AT A RIGHT PRICE?

Exidecare.com is a company owned E-shop which only enlists authorized Exide dealers. All products are genuine and covered under paperless warranty.

11HOW DOES CLICK TO BUY FUNCTION ON THE EXIDE CARE WEBSITE?

  • Exide Authorised Dealers upload the stocks to be sold on ExideCare.com.
  • Customer searches for the right battery along with their area Pin Code.
  • Search results are shown to the customer along with warranty, and MRP. The customer can compare product specs, warranty and MRP before placing his order.
  • The system identifies the Pin Code and the order go to nearest Exide authorised Dealers/ Sub-Dealers.
  • Exide Authorised Dealer accepts the order.
  • Exide always has multiple dealers within the same Pin Code. In case, Dealer A does not accept the order, it goes to Dealer B or Dealer C for fulfilment.
  • Dealer selection is a system managed process that is in a cyclic manner. For example, order 1 in a particular pin code will go to dealer A, order 2 in the same pin code will go to dealer B. It continues in this manner for all the online orders.
  • There will be review and rating system after order fulfilment. Hence, the dealer selection at a later stage will be based on ratings. Highest rated dealer will have chances to receive higher number of orders automatically.
  • Once the order is placed by Customer and accepted by particular Dealer. Dealer connects with Customer over the phone, email etc. and finalizes the price, payment terms, and delivery schedule.
  • Once all the aspects of order are finalised between Dealer and Customer, the product is dispatched by the dealer through a trained technician.
  • Once the order is dispatched Customer receives a "Secret Code" through SMS. If the customer is satisfied with the service, He/ She gives the code back to the technician once the battery is delivered and fitted.
  • Dealer's technician reaches Customer destination for delivery and installation. Both delivery and installation are free of cost.
  • After successful installation, Dealer hands over invoice to Customer.
  • Dealer closes the order by keying in the "Secret Code", if received back from the customer, to add to his rating.
  • The Order is successfully completed.
